At SHAPE Projects our company philosophy is built on how we shape to our clients’ needs, that being YOU! SHAPE Projects are specialist builders with expertise in custom homes, renovations and the commercial sector in Perth Western Australia.

SHAPE Projects is owned by managing director, Dane Schaper. Dane has over 15 years’ experience within the building and construction industry in Western Australia. Prior to founding SHAPE Projects Dane has worked in both residential and commercial sectors in various roles and disciplines, working on projects ranging from 200 thousand to 20 million dollars. With this diverse experience in mind you can be assured that we have a professional and methodical approach to building, resulting in outstanding quality and service.

SHAPE Projects specialises in building custom homes. Being a custom home builder is all about working with the client, building relationships and shaping to the client’s needs to deliver a finished product that radiates quality and class. We offer a full design and construct service for single and two plus storey homes, we will work with you from a sketched concept, to creating a budget, building right through to completion.
